· Users must comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and all applicable laws of the HKSAR.
· The evaluation system is informational only and does not constitute official certification.
· The App is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
· Users must be legally capable of entering binding agreements under HKSAR law.
2. User Responsibilities
· Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all uploaded content.
· Compliance with privacy and data protection laws is required.
3. Platform Charges
· Individual Project Plans: Services are offered on a per project basis, with subscription periods available in various durations (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
· Enterprise Plan: An annual enterprise subscription is available, which provides unlimited project access for the duration of the yearly term.
· Fees are non refundable unless required by law.
4. Evaluation System
· Combines general requirements set by the App and star ratings from property owners.
· Ratings are stored and updated regularly but are not official certifications.
5. Limitation of Liability
· The App is not liable for disputes, errors in user content, or reliance on evaluation data.
