Renovation Project Management Platform
Renovation projects often bring together many different parties — property owners, designers, contractors, workers, and suppliers — each with their own responsibilities and expectations. Our platform was created to connect them all in one shared space, making collaboration easier and more transparent.
At the heart of the platform is a simple idea: keep every project organized and up to date. Users can upload quotations, project timelines, daily updates, photos, and summaries, while the system automatically tracks changes and provides realtime updates on costs and schedules.
To ensure service quality, we’ve built an evaluation system developed in collaboration with YOUUcheck and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Service Design Management. Each project is assessed through two lenses: general requirements defined by the platform, and starrating feedback provided directly by property owners. These evaluations are stored, updated regularly, and serve as a clear reflection of satisfaction levels — a guide to good service performance.
Together, these features make the platform a trusted partner for managing renovation projects efficiently, transparently, and with confidence.

装修项目管理平台
装修项目往往涉及多方参与者，包括业主、设计师、承包商、工人及材料供应商，每一方都有不同的职责与期望。悠评 平台的建立，旨在将他们汇聚在同一个协作空间中，让沟通更顺畅、合作更透明。
平台的核心理念是：让每一个项目保持有序并实时更新。 用户可以上传报价单、项目时间表、每日进度、照片及文字摘要，系统会自动跟踪并更新报价和工期的变化，确保信息始终准确。
为保障服务质量，平台与 悠评 及 香港理工大学服务设计管理学科团队 合作开发了评估系统。每个项目都会从两个维度进行评价：一是平台设定的一般要求，二是由业主直接提供的星级评分。所有评估结果都会存储在数据库中，定期更新，真实反映业主的满意度，为服务表现提供参考。
